Evaluate the effectiveness of reformulated raltegravir 1200 mg given once daily plus TRUVADA™, compared to raltegravir 400 mg given twice daily plus TRUVADA™, measured by the proportion of subjects with HIV RNA below limits of detection (<40 copies/mL) at Week 48.
