Study of Efficacy and Safety of Brodalumab in Subjects With Psoriatic Arthritis The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of brodalumab, compared to placebo, in subjects with psoriatic arthritis. A Survival Study in Patients With High Risk Myelodysplastic Syndromes Comparing Azacitidine Versus Conventional Care The purpose of this study is to determine whether patients with high-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) treated with azacitidine have improved survival compared to conventional care treatments.
