Efficacy and Safety of Oral Bosentan in Pulmonary Fibrosis Associated With Scleroderma Clinical and experimental studies suggest that bosentan could delay the progression of interstitial lung disease (ILD) associated with systemic sclerosis (SSc), a condition for which no established efficacious treatment is available.
