Study of Prognosis of Follicular Lymphoma Through a Prospective Collection of Data (F2-study) The F2-study is a complement of the previous studies of the Follicular Lymphoma Prognostic Factors Project which permitted the development of the Follicular Lymphoma International Prognostic Index (FLIPI). The F2-study is designed as a prospective collection of information potentially useful to predict the prognosis of newly diagnosed Follicular Lymphoma patients, and its purposes are to validate the FLIPI and to verify whether a prognostic collection of data would allow the development of a more accurate prognostic index.

A Study of Lenalidomide Versus Placebo in Subjects With Transfusion Dependent Anemia in Lower Risk Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS) Without Del 5q The purpose of this study is to investigate whether lenalidomide would reduce the number of red blood cell transfusions (RBC) needed in anemic (RBC transfusion-dependent) participants with low or intermediate-1 risk MDS without a deletion 5q chromosome abnormality. The study also investigated the safety of lenalidomide use in these participants. Two-thirds of the participants received oral lenalidomide and one-third of the participants received oral placebo.

Study of Dasatinib in Children and Adolescents With Relapsed or Refractory Leukemia The purpose of this clinical research study was to establish a recommended phase 2 once daily (QD) dose of dasatinib and to assess the efficacy of the investigational drug for relapsed or refractory (resistant to previous treatment) leukemia in children and adolescents. A Prospective, Multicentre European Registry for Newly Diagnosed Patients With Myelodysplastic Syndromes Study Objectives: To collect and describe demographics, disease-management, and treatment outcomes of Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) patients who are newly diagnosed and classified according to the WHO criteria. To perform observational studies concerning relevant scientific research questions in MDS using clinical data and biological samples, and to present relevant research outcomes in the fields of diagnosis and prognostication, health related quality of life issues, health economics, and risk stratification for newly developed classes of drugs.
