An Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Response to Adalimumab in Patients With Active Ankylosing Spondylitis Who Have Failed Standard Therapy or TNF-Alpha Inhibitors (RHAPSODY) Due to the rigor of the clinical development program of adalimumab for the indication of AS, the population of subjects with active AS that could enroll in previous phase 3 studies was limited. Therefore, it is necessary to further evaluate the use of adalimumab in a setting that mimics day-to-day clinical practice to obtain further safety and efficacy data by allowing subjects meeting the characteristics noted below to enter this study: - Subjects who failed another TNF inhibitor (etanercept, infliximab) - Subjects with advanced spinal ankylosis - Subjects with AS associated disorders (i.e., uveitis, IBD, and psoriasis)

Efficacy and Safety of Surinabant Treatment as an Aid to Smoking Cessation (SURSMOKE) Surinabant is a new, potent and selective antagonist for the cannabinoid CB1 receptor, which might be clinically useful in the treatment of dependence to nicotine. The primary study objective is the assessment of efficacy of 3 doses of surinabant on abstinence from smoking in cigarette smokers. Use Of GW274150 In The Prophylactic Treatment Of Migraine Nitric oxide (NO) is likely to be involved in the development of migraine headache. Nitric oxide synthase (NOS) is an important chemical involved in the production of NO. Reduction of NOS, and therefore NO, may be an effective technique for the prevention of migraine headache. GW274150 is a highly selective inhibitor of NOS and offers the potential of anti-inflammatory activity in migraine through a novel mechanism of action. Predictive Markers in GHD and TS Children Treated With SAIZEN® The study aims at identifying the predictive markers after one month of Saizen therapy in Growth Hormone Deficiency (GHD) and Turner Syndrome children. The study will recruit approximately 360 children in several countries worldwide. The study lasts for about the first one month of daily growth hormone treatment. There will be three clinic visits during the month of the study. There is an initial visit, then a visit before growth hormone treatment starts and finally a visit at the fourth week of treatment. The study requires two additional blood tests to a regular Saizen treatment follow-up. One sample is taken before growth hormone injections start and one additional blood sample is taken at the fourth week of treatment.
