A Phase 2 Study to Investigate the Safety, Tolerability and Efficacy of ABT-122 in Subjects With Active Psoriatic Arthritis Who Have an Inadequate Response to Methotrexate This study is a Phase 2 randomized, double-blind, double-dummy, active- and placebo-controlled, parallel-group study designed to assess the safety, tolerability, efficacy, pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity of multiple doses of ABT-122 in subjects with active psoriatic arthritis (PsA) who are inadequately responding to methotrexate (MTX) treatment.

Comparison of Voriconazole and Amphotericin B in Treating Patients With Aspergillosis RATIONALE: Antifungal therapy with voriconazole or amphotericin B may be an effective treatment for aspergillosis. It is not yet known whether voriconazole is more effective than amphotericin B in treating patients with aspergillosis. Satavaptan in the Prevention of Ascites Recurrence in Patients With Ascites Due to Cirrhosis of the Liver Primary To evaluate the efficacy of satavaptan on top of diuretic drugs in reducing the recurrence of ascites. Secondary To evaluate the tolerability and safety of satavaptan on top of diuretic drugs over a 52-week treatment period in participants with cirrhosis of the liver and recurrent ascites.
