An Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Response to Adalimumab in Patients With Active Ankylosing Spondylitis Who Have Failed Standard Therapy or TNF-Alpha Inhibitors (RHAPSODY) Due to the rigor of the clinical development program of adalimumab for the indication of AS, the population of subjects with active AS that could enroll in previous phase 3 studies was limited. Therefore, it is necessary to further evaluate the use of adalimumab in a setting that mimics day-to-day clinical practice to obtain further safety and efficacy data by allowing subjects meeting the characteristics noted below to enter this study: - Subjects who failed another TNF inhibitor (etanercept, infliximab) - Subjects with advanced spinal ankylosis - Subjects with AS associated disorders (i.e., uveitis, IBD, and psoriasis)

Adalimumab in Combination With Topical Treatment (Calcipotriol/Betamethasone) in Subjects With Moderate to Severe Psoriasis and Insufficient Response to Classic Systemic Treatment The objective of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of adalimumab in combination with topical psoriasis treatment, calcipotriol/betamethasone, vs. adalimumab in combination with matching vehicle in subjects with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis.

Early Versus Delayed Switch in Medication in Patients With Major Depressive Disorder This study investigates two different approaches to the change in antidepressant treatment when an initial treatment is not effective: early intervention or delayed intervention. Two hypothesis will be tested: 1. that time to confirmed response is shorter in the early intervention strategy vs. delayed intervention strategy 2. that the time to confirmed remission is shorter in the early intervention strategy compared to delayed intervention strategy.
