To assess the safety of transitioning subjects to Raptiva therapy from standard oral systemic or phototherapy by overlapping with Raptiva whlist tapering the initial systemic therapy or phototherapy dose.


Critère d'inclusion

  • Adult subjects with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis who have failed to respond to, or who have a contraindication to, or are intolerant to other systemic therapies including cyclosporine, methotrexate and PUVA
