This study is to allow continued access to QTI571 for patients who received QTI571 for pulmonary arterial hypertension in one of the long-term extension studies (A2301E1, A2102E1 and E2203) and have been judged by the investigator to benefit from continued QTI571 treatment. Este estudio tiene como objetivo permitir la continuación del acceso a QTI571 en pacientes que hayan recibido QTI571 para la hipertensión arterial pulmonar en uno de los estudios de extensión a largo plazo (A2301E1, A2102E1 y E2203) y que el investigador considere que se beneficiarán de la continuación del tratamiento con QTI571
