Comparison of Voriconazole and Amphotericin B in Treating Patients With Aspergillosis RATIONALE: Antifungal therapy with voriconazole or amphotericin B may be an effective treatment for aspergillosis. It is not yet known whether voriconazole is more effective than amphotericin B in treating patients with aspergillosis. PURPOSE: Randomized phase III trial to compare the effectiveness of voriconazole with amphotericin B in treating patients with aspergillosis.

BUILD 3: Bosentan Use in Interstitial Lung Disease BUILD 3 is a prospective, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, parallel group, placebo-controlled, event-driven, group sequential, phase III superiority study. Optimal Timing of Dronedarone Initiation After Conversion in Patients With Persistent Atrial Fibrillation Primary Objective: - Evaluate the rate of Atrial Fibrillation (AF) recurrences one month after randomization according to different timings of initiation of dronedarone. CP-675,206 Versus Either Dacarbazine Or Temozolomide In Patients Without Prior Therapy This is a Phase 3, multi-national, open-label, 2-arm randomized study in patients with surgically incurable metastatic melanoma who have received no prior chemotherapy, or biochemotherapy for the treatment of metastatic disease. The primary objective of this trial is to compare overall survival for patients with advanced melanoma who are randomized to receive CP-675,206 with that of patients who are randomized to receive either dacarbazine or temozolomide (investigator choice)
