BUILD 3: Bosentan Use in Interstitial Lung Disease BUILD 3 is a prospective, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, parallel group, placebo-controlled, event-driven, group sequential, phase III superiority study. The primary objective is to demonstrate that bosentan delays disease worsening or death in patients with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.

A Phase 2 Study of Atacicept in Subjects With Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis (ATAMS) To evaluate the safety and tolerability of atacicept and to explore if atacicept reduces central nervous system inflammation in subjects with relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS) as assessed by frequent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Epidemiologic Multicenter Study on Mechanical Ventilation Management in Children With Acute Lung Injury PALIVE 1 is an observational multicenter study on mechanical ventilation strategies used in children with an acute lung injury (ALI). The objective of the study is to describe mechanical ventilation strategies in children with an ALI. Our hypothesis is that daily clinical practice is heterogenous among pediatric intensivists as few pediatric data exists on optimal mechanical ventilation strategies in this group of patients. Furthermore, different strategies may affect patient outcome.

CP-675,206 Versus Either Dacarbazine Or Temozolomide In Patients Without Prior Therapy This is a Phase 3, multi-national, open-label, 2-arm randomized study in patients with surgically incurable metastatic melanoma who have received no prior chemotherapy, or biochemotherapy for the treatment of metastatic disease. The primary objective of this trial is to compare overall survival for patients with advanced melanoma who are randomized to receive CP-675,206 with that of patients who are randomized to receive either dacarbazine or temozolomide (investigator choice)
