Study of Efficacy and Safety of Brodalumab in Subjects With Psoriatic Arthritis The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of brodalumab, compared to placebo, in subjects with psoriatic arthritis. The key secondary objective is to evaluate the efficacy of brodalumab compared to placebo at week 16. The safety objective of this study is to evaluate the safety profile of brodalumab in subjects with psoriatic arthritis.

Study of Efficacy and Safety of Brodalumab Compared With Placebo and Ustekinumab in Moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis Subjects The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of brodalumab at two different doses compared with placebo in participants with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Efficacy and Safety of LCZ696A in Patients With Essential Hypertension This study was a dose-ranging efficiacy study in patients with essential hypertension to assess the blood pressure lowering effect, and safety of LCZ696 compared to valsartan and placebo.
