An Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Response to Adalimumab in Patients With Active Ankylosing Spondylitis Who Have Failed Standard Therapy or TNF-Alpha Inhibitors (RHAPSODY) Due to the rigor of the clinical development program of adalimumab for the indication of AS, the population of subjects with active AS that could enroll in previous phase 3 studies was limited. Therefore, it is necessary to further evaluate the use of adalimumab in a setting that mimics day-to-day clinical practice to obtain further safety and efficacy data by allowing subjects meeting the characteristics noted below to enter this study: - Subjects who failed another TNF inhibitor (etanercept, infliximab) - Subjects with advanced spinal ankylosis - Subjects with AS associated disorders (i.e., uveitis, IBD, and psoriasis)

Nilotinib in Newly Diagnosed Adult Philadelphia Chromosome & /or BCR-ABL Positive Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia in Chronic Phase This study will assess the efficacy and safety of nilotinib in adult patients with newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome positive/BCR-ABL positive chronic myeloid leukaemia in chronic phase. A Safety and Efficacy Study of Ustekinumab in Patients With Plaque Psoriasis Who Have Had an Inadequate Response to Methotrexate This purpose of this study is to assess the safety of ustekinumab in psoriasis patients who receive ustekinumab following an inadequate response to methotrexate therapy. The study will provide information for doctors on how to manage the transfer from methotrexate to the biologic agent ustekinumab. The study is designed to compare two methods of transferring patients from methotrexate to ustekinumab. The two methods being compared are discontinuation of methotrexate with immediate initiation of ustekinumab versus initiation of ustekinumab with overlap and gradual dose reduction of methotrexate over 4 weeks.

Predictive Markers in GHD and TS Children Treated With SAIZEN® The study aims at identifying the predictive markers after one month of Saizen therapy in Growth Hormone Deficiency (GHD) and Turner Syndrome children. The study will recruit approximately 360 children in several countries worldwide. The study lasts for about the first one month of daily growth hormone treatment. There will be three clinic visits during the month of the study. There is an initial visit, then a visit before growth hormone treatment starts and finally a visit at the fourth week of treatment. The study requires two additional blood tests to a regular Saizen treatment follow-up. One sample is taken before growth hormone injections start and one additional blood sample is taken at the fourth week of treatment.

Study of Dasatinib in Patients With Chronic Phase Chronic Myeloid Leukemia and a Suboptimal Response to Imatinib The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy of dasatinib with that of high-dose (800-mg) imatinib in participants with chronic phase chronic myeloid leukemia who achieved only a suboptimal response after at least 3 months of monotherapy with 400-mg imatinib. The safety of these treatments will also be evaluated.
