Optimal Timing of Dronedarone Initiation After Conversion in Patients With Persistent Atrial Fibrillation Primary Objective: - Evaluate the rate of Atrial Fibrillation (AF) recurrences one month after randomization according to different timings of initiation of dronedarone. SLV 308 and Pramipexole for Treatment of Patients With Early Parkinson Disease This is a multicenter, randomized, double blind, parallel group study of 6 months' treatment with SLV308 as monotherapy in patients with early stage PD.
