An Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Response to Adalimumab in Patients With Active Ankylosing Spondylitis Who Have Failed Standard Therapy or TNF-Alpha Inhibitors (RHAPSODY) Due to the rigor of the clinical development program of adalimumab for the indication of AS, the population of subjects with active AS that could enroll in previous phase 3 studies was limited. Therefore, it is necessary to further evaluate the use of adalimumab in a setting that mimics day-to-day clinical practice to obtain further safety and efficacy data by allowing subjects meeting the characteristics noted below to enter this study: - Subjects who failed another TNF inhibitor (etanercept, infliximab) - Subjects with advanced spinal ankylosis - Subjects with AS associated disorders (i.e., uveitis, IBD, and psoriasis)

Use Of GW274150 In The Prophylactic Treatment Of Migraine Nitric oxide (NO) is likely to be involved in the development of migraine headache. Nitric oxide synthase (NOS) is an important chemical involved in the production of NO. Reduction of NOS, and therefore NO, may be an effective technique for the prevention of migraine headache. GW274150 is a highly selective inhibitor of NOS and offers the potential of anti-inflammatory activity in migraine through a novel mechanism of action. The intent of this study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of GW274150 for the prophylactic treatment of migraine headache.

A Safety and Efficacy Study of Ustekinumab in Patients With Plaque Psoriasis Who Have Had an Inadequate Response to Methotrexate This purpose of this study is to assess the safety of ustekinumab in psoriasis patients who receive ustekinumab following an inadequate response to methotrexate therapy. The study will provide information for doctors on how to manage the transfer from methotrexate to the biologic agent ustekinumab. The study is designed to compare two methods of transferring patients from methotrexate to ustekinumab. The two methods being compared are discontinuation of methotrexate with immediate initiation of ustekinumab versus initiation of ustekinumab with overlap and gradual dose reduction of methotrexate over 4 weeks.
