Study of Efficacy and Safety of Brodalumab Compared With Placebo and Ustekinumab in Moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis Subjects The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of brodalumab at two different doses compared with placebo in participants with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. A second purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy brodalumab at two different doses compared with ustekinumab in participants with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. A third purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of 4 maintenance regimens of brodalumab.

Dual Boosted - Protease Inhibitor (PI) Pharmacokinetics (PK) Trial (Tipranavir / Ritonavir) in Highly Treatment-experienced HIV-1 Infected Patients This is an open-label, randomized, parallel group pharmacokinetics trial of tipranavir/ritonavir (TPV/RTV), alone or in combination with RTV-boosted saquinavir (SQV), amprenavir (APV) or lopinavir (LPV), plus an optimized background regimen, in multiple antiretroviral (ARV) experienced HIV-1 patients. The primary objective is to determine the safety and pharmacokinetics of: TPV/RTV given with an optimized background regimen (OBR) and TPV/RTV given in combination with saquinavir, amprenavir, or Kaletra® and an optimized background regimen (OBR).

CP-675,206 Versus Either Dacarbazine Or Temozolomide In Patients Without Prior Therapy This is a Phase 3, multi-national, open-label, 2-arm randomized study in patients with surgically incurable metastatic melanoma who have received no prior chemotherapy, or biochemotherapy for the treatment of metastatic disease. The primary objective of this trial is to compare overall survival for patients with advanced melanoma who are randomized to receive CP-675,206 with that of patients who are randomized to receive either dacarbazine or temozolomide (investigator choice)
